Pillar Adds Three Top Talent Acquisition & People Leaders to Advisory Board

We’re proud to reveal the three newest members of our advisory board. The Pillar advisory board is made up of experienced talent acquisition and people leaders who have excelled in creating incredible places to work. Their advice and guidance will shape Pillar’s interview intelligence platform as we aim to help hiring teams make more efficient, effective, and equitable hiring decisions.

Introducing our newest advisory board members…

Cara Brennan Allamano, Chief People Officer at Lattice
Cara has deep experience scaling fast-moving, global companies. Prior to joining Lattice, she was SVP of People at Udemy and Planet Labs and previously served in HR leadership roles at Pinterest, Efficient Frontier - now Adobe, Young and Rubicam, and Knight Ridder, among others. Cara is also co-founder of PeopleTech Partners, a group of HR leaders working to bring new HR/recruiting technologies to market.

Barb Bidan, Chief People Officer at Crunchyroll
Barb is a globally experienced HR executive who excels at helping teams transform. Prior to Crunchyroll, she held Chief People Officer and SVP of People roles at Boom Supersonic, Peloton, InVision, Indeed, Yahoo, and BlackBerry. Her expertise is best summarized as focusing on attracting & hiring great talent; delivering amazing employee experiences that positively impact engagement, retention & belonging; driving efficient people operations; and building industry leading programs.

Q Hamirani, Global Head of Live & Work Anywhere at Airbnb
Q is a business minded people and operations leader, advisor, and executive coach. He joined Airbnb in 2018 as its first global people ops leader and was responsible for the strategic vision, build-out, and execution of Airbnb’s people operations function from the ground up. Additionally, he was responsible for leading Airbnb through numerous pivotal milestones including hyper growth, pandemic responses, workforce restructuring, IPO, and the future of work. He leverages his first-hand experience from working across his own startups, various venture growth and PE-backed firms, Big 4 management consulting, and Fortune 100 companies to provide valued insight and drive sustainable change.

Cara, Barb, and Q join Josh Bersin, world-respected industry analyst and CEO of the Josh Bersin Company; Tim Sackett, President of HRU Technical Resources and named by HR Executive as a top 100 Global HR Technology Influencer; and Anita Grantham, Head of HR at BambooHR and former Chief People Officer/VP of Talent at Pluralsight, Infusionsoft, and Jokake Companies.
